To confirm, you are saying that after a few seconds post pairing the JBL turns itself off ? If you delete the pairing and then start the process over again but don't complete the pairing does it still turn off ?

And charging the JBL makes no difference to the frequency of this happening ?

What model smartphone are you pairing to out of interest ? We've had other reports of this activity but can you clarify if its pairing to this particular device that causes this behaviour or any device ?

If I just turn it on and do not connect on the phone, it stays on 15 sec after the blue light starts

My device is Xiaomi Redmi S2

When charging are the lights you see what you would expect ?
Yan responded : 8:08pm, 6th January 2019 (2 weeks ago)
It charges normally, white light, with 100% light off, when disconnecting from the charger it turns on and stays on . The blue light blinks and I can connect, it works normally, but then it turns off.

It turns off almost instantly ? And it always does this? If so that sounds like a fault, I would return if within warranty.

I think there is no solution to this problem, I sent back the warranty. Thanks for help
