Plantronics M70 : Connection problem

This question relates to connecting a Plantronics M70 BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy A21S BUY NOW

The headset is paired and I hear the phone ringing in it but when I answer I can only hear the caller through the phone itself. Same for outgoing calls. I changed the headset for a new one but the problem remains. I have tried unpairing and pairing again but it makes no difference.

Have you checked in the Bluetooth settings for the device (click on the icon next to your device in the paired devices list) to ensure that the Call Audio option is checked ?

All settings have been checked by me and the shop where I purchased it.

Are you able to test with someone elses phone ?
