To clarify, you want to make audio from the echo dot play on the SP353?

Yes Use sp353 as remote speaker. Echo in one room , speaker in another.

So yes this is absolutely possible. The key is having the Amazon Alexa app installed on a smartphone or tablet. This is vital as the pairing and control of the dot echo is done via that. There is a 'devices' area within the echo part of the app and from this you can start the process of pairing to your Bluetooth speaker.

If you have problems try and confirm that the speaker is compatible with the recommended requirements by Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202011880&tag=pcmag_edit-20&ascsubtag=ba8d1615-6e05-427d-af56-a650de1779e4
