Tzumi ProBuds v2 : Popping noise- Constantly Disconnects - Can no longer use

This question relates to connecting a Tzumi ProBuds v2 BUY NOW to a Dell Laptop BUY NOW

Literally fresh out of the box as I used the brand new headphones the audio quality was abhorrent and unusable with constant popping noise preventing me from being able to hear anyone during my conference calls.

Then after allowing them to sit for a while I tried again and found that the left earbud kept disconnecting, and neither earpiece would stay connected for longer than a second or two before cutting in and out.

How do I tell for sure? It says Probuds V2 on the outside rubbery case.

Ah great, that is all we needed to know. The setup of the question didn't clarify that. So just to rule out interference, does this happen if you try them in other locations ?

Unfortunately I get the problem regardless of location. They are completely unusable

Ok well yes it definitely sounds like a faulty pair then. I'd return them to your retailer.

Pro buds V2 keep cutting in and out
