I have a pair of HK Onyx 4, the 1st one of them is well connected to my iphone 7 via bluetooth and i got lo listen music very well.

The issue start when i try to pair the 2nd unit. I did the instructions and pushed the HK connect button in each unit so i got paired the 2 HK units with success (i can see 2 of them) but for any reason i cant listen to music with 2 units at same time, sometimes comes the music and sounds at 2 speakers together and sometimes go and sound just at 1 speaker, music sometimes plays slow.. im starting to believe i cant use 2 units at same time as they promise!

Firstly to clarify pairing together (for anyone having issues with this):

1) Turn on one speaker and initiate pairing and pair it with your phone. the first should be working, don't continue if this isn't the case.
2) Turn on the other but don't press the Bluetooth pairing button.
3) Instead press the 'connect +' on the first already paired speaker and then the same button on the second speaker.
4) Both speakers after some seconds should be synced and play together in what is called 'party mode'.

Playing in ' stereo mode' is more problematic and requires their connect app.

Is it in the stereo mode you have issues ? Try bringing the speakers and phone closer together, is it any better ? Try rebooting the phone too in case too many apps were memory resident and causing more resource usage.
