QCY T1 Pro battery problem

The right earbuds battery is broken,when i charge it,it is charging but the problem is it always show that the battery is already full,and i try to connect to my device but it is low bat. I charge it several times even with usb cable along with the case but it still showing blue led(full battery) although it is low battery

This sounds faulty, I doubt we can do much to assist I am afraid. If within warranty return to your retailer.
