Hello, so I bought a QCY T5 like 1 week ago and I have a problem that I can't turn them on.

I do everything what they say in manual but it just don't work. When I take my earphones out of the box nothing is happening, there are no LEDs glowing and stuff like that. I held them for like entire week in the charging box, but my charging box is still fully charged (showing me 2 green LEDs when I try to charge it), however when I put my earphones into the box and I try to charge them that way, my charging box is not showing any LEDs.

I will just say that I was trying to charge my earphones inside the charging box for an entire day and still they won't turn on and my phone can't find it trough Bluetooth. Thanks for any help!

It sounds like there may be an issue with the charging box. Do you have access to another cable/adapter to connect to that ?
