We've not heard of this before.... Did it do this since purchase or just suddenly out of the blue ?

Yem responded : 10:46pm, 26th August 2019 (5 months ago)
Yes, since I charged it for the first time, except approximately a minute that suddenly I succeeded to connect it to my phone, but when I tried to connect the right earbud to the left one I didn't managed, so I returned it to the charger, and then it has returned to the previous condition

If you put then in their case and then turn on the charger and then turn it off some seconds later, wait some more and turn on again what do the lights on both sides do?

I don't understand what do you mean, there isn't a way to turn the charger off...
But if I put both earbuds in the case simultaneously, each one respond separately, the left one do what it should, but the right one continues it's blinking. The same thing happens if I take them in and out, nothing changes.

I meant turn it off at the wall / unplug it. If you try to pair them together again what happens ?

Yem responded : 9:52am, 30th August 2019 (5 months ago)
Nothing changes on the earphones, and on the case one led is steady green and the other is blinking green.
If I try to pair them the right one still doesn't responds outside the case.
Maybe I should try letting the battery run out?

How can I know when it's empty?

Luis (Admin) responded : 8:52pm, 2nd September 2019 (5 months ago)
When neither respond any more. it may be difficult to do this if the devices auto power off after a while so you will likely need to keep them 'active' with audio streaming for some hours.

It won't work in that case because the device doesn't work outside the case, but thanks anyway
