Please ensure that you have read the article marked in the 'troubleshooting tips' box at the top of the page that relates to the power led's on the buds and charger and ensure that you understand the meaning of these light patterns.

None of these answers from the admins are addressing the real issue. It is not a pairing issue, it's a power issue! I got these as a Christmas gift and have used them very, very minimally and the right one will not even power up anymore. These things seem to be basically junk.

I had opened the case while it was still plugged in took them out tried to turn them on dropped them back in disconnected from power and a light appeared. Plugged them back in and they started charging. Since no one from support knows how the hell to do it I just tried stuff. Hope this helps

I bought mine and used them that night and the next day at the gym. I left them at home charging and went to turn them on at the gym and only the left one would power on. When I put them in the case the earbuds will flash red but when taken out only the left will power on. Ive tried about everything

Has anyone figured this out? Mine look like they are both charging, but only the right one will power on? I'm not sure what to do and all I see is help w/ how to pair them. that is not the issue, it won't power on in order to pair. Very frustrating!

My right earbud won't power on at all, it shows that it is charging but when I pull it out and hold down the button it doesn't power on, the left earbud is just fine and will power on and try to pair but of course it can't with out the right one, I just got them 2 months ago and have never dropped them or got them wet or anything like that, so why is this happening? everywhere I try to look I see people with the same problem but no solution to it, I have had a pairing problem in the past and I know that that isn't what this is I am close to returning them please help ;-;

I found a solution! I don't know if this is what to do but it worked for me. I plugged my case in and charged it with the earbuds inside then waited about 4 hours (I don't know if I needed to wait this long but, I did) then when I came back to suffer defeat and try one more time before giving up, they both powered on and worked! So yeah :) hope this helps

I put the buds in the powering box and only my left one will charge, the light for my right one wont come on but ever once in awhile if i have the box siting just righ with only one bud in it will charge, think this is dumb and i regret buying this, wast of money.

This product would be ok for the price, however 7 months after initially having the issue of unpairable earbuds because one will not hold a charge I have to conclude that this company makes dog sht products. Will never purchase from them again. Honestly though how hard is it to have an idea about how to operate your own products. The minds behind this dumpster fire should be ashamed.

Same right earbud issue. I get the impression you administers a sitting back laughing every time you say, "check troubleshooting ". Its shameful that you have no clue about your own product. You're on my list of DON'T BUY now!

Try to clean connectors using a slightly wet Q-tip, it worked for me.

This is a really old thread, but I actually solved the issue. I do believe they are very unprofessional for not understanding their own product, but what I did is rotate the magnetic part of the earbud (on the right one) to align with the charging magnet in the base. That fixed it and theyre both charging now.
