QCY T1C : Right piece is not working

I can't turn on the right side button at all. It doesn't react when it is charging, when trying to do a factory reset, etc. It seems purely broken and nonfunctional. The left side is doing just fine though. Doesn't make sense.

How long has the right side done this for? It does sound like it may be faulty. Check the contacts to see if this can improve charging but otherwise I would assume there is a fault in the right side and get exchanged if you can.
