Rt earphone will not work by itself

This question relates to connecting a Treblab X11 BUY NOW to a LG V20 BUY NOW

How do I get the right earphone to work by itself? The only time it works is when the left earphone is turned on. When I saw the demo on HSN, they saiid that each earphone can work independently of each other. Thank you for your help.

It is TREBLAB X11, wireless earbuds.

Hi Carlos. I've not seen that this is a feature to be able to use either independently.

The left one working on its own is a symptom of an incorrect pairing that hasn't worked properly. TREBLAB actually mention this in the manual.
