The Bluetooth on my mp3 player doesn't recognize the bronco's bluetooth nor the car bluetooth recognizes my mp3 player

Please give more information, specifying exactly the steps you undertook to try and pair the devices together along with what feedback the devices gave (lights/sounds) and any error msgs either side reported.
