all other keys are fine except for the shift key on my left. when I want to capitalize my letter "b" it stays in the lowercase. I cannot make any upper case letters with the shift key that is on my left. My right side shift key is doing what is expected. It will capitalize letters whenever I click on the right shift key.

Thank you. I'm still trying to figure it all out. My model is the Anker A7726.

Thanks for that. To clarify; its all the time so no letter can be made a capital ? And it's done this since first install ? If so its very likely to be that the keyboard country is not setup correctly. Please revise.
