Blackweb WMHHXP421 has power but no audio

My speaker used to work flawless. My boyfriend had used it and hooked it up directly to his computer. He could not hook up. So I tried using it on my Samsung S6 as I always did previously Nothing worked. The bluetooth button doesn't even come on. Only thing I can do is turn speaker on and off. I cannot even hook it up to MY computer anymore. I only had the speaker for a couple months and used it maybe twice a week. Ive had no problems with it at all until this point. Im frustrated and could use some help please.

Hi when you say hook it up directly to the computer, if you mean by audio cable and it still doesn't work it would seem there is a serious fault. If so I'd definitely take it to the retailer it was purchased from.
