Skullcandy Crusher flashing red and not visible for pairing

My headphones turn on and have a flashing red light trying to connect but they don't show up on the list of Bluetooth devices on my phone. I have no idea why this is happening and I'm getting pissed

Hi have you tried pairing with another device such as someone else's phone, a tablet or PC ? It would be good to clarify if the problem is specific to your phone or with the device, OR an issue with you activating paring.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried pairing to different devices, but it won't show up on any available devices list.

Power them off and then hold the volume up and down at same time. The headphones will beep. I usually have to reset them about 3 times to get bt to function properly. Then set whatever you are connecting to, to search for new devices and power them back on. Usually resolves my issues.

Thank you my phone could find my crushers but it would not pair was irritating. I tried turning my phone off i tried soft resetting my crushers but nothing worked i unpaired all other devises from my phone as well. Just soft resetted my headphones 3 times and bam worked thanks just saved my morning.

Thank you tg third try turning off and on pressing both the volume up and down at the same time inbetween reset and made my crusher wireless visible. Thanks for the help i couldn't find this solution anywhere else.

Resetting worked perfectly and i also had to disconnect all my other devices.. try resetting 3-4 times! my headphones finally work

I've tried doing the reset multiple times, tried several devices, tried disconnecting all of my devices, and it's still not working

When you reset it and when you Try to connect it just turn of you head phones and turn it back on and it should work

I had trouble getting my skull candy headphones to connect to iPhone or iPad, alternated turning on/off with holding both volume buttons and also holding power with a vol button, after MANY tries with each device eventually got to connect to each, whew

I had the same problem and the only way that I functioned was to unpair the devices and keep the power button for more than 5 seconds of the headphones. I hope this information helps!

I bought my daughter the crushers LAST YEAR for Xmas and never could get them to pair, figuring it was her shtty boost phone so we gave up. This Xmas we bought her and iPhone and it STILL wouldn't connect and that's when I got really frustrated cause these headphones were hella expensive! I've been searching for weeks to figure out an answer and FINALLY came across this thread and IT WORKED!! I seriously cannot believe it actually worked. Thank you SO MUCH to the original person to answer. Much appreciated!

I have a flashing green light but haven't heard or seen of anyone else having a green light but I can hear sound through them but they keep beeping every 10 minutes

I recently purchased a new cell phone (android). I used my Crushers headphones everyday in the gym with my old phone and they worked perfectly. Unfortunately the headphones did not recognize the new phone. (Thanks to the post on 15 November 17 by Tg). I'm confirming that by powering off the headphones and pressing the volumes Up & Down buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds resets the bluetooth. It worked with new phone after.
