Skullcandy hesh 3 headphones won't hold charge

This question relates to connecting a Skullcandy Hesh 3 BUY NOW to Any device BUY NOW

My Skullcandy hesh 3 earphones only work when they are plugged in. The green light comes on like they are charged up but as soon as I remove the power cord it goes dead

Are you able to rule out problems with charger/cabling by using another cable/power source?

Colin, my charger cord charges my tablet every night with no problem! I'm excited to see how quickly I get a replacement for my headphones. I mailed them off yesterday with tracking and insurance. They promise a 2 day turn around
