Hi. I just bought new Jib+ wireless earphones and they suddenly won't turn on. I tried pressing the power button long enough to turn on again but it will not work. I also tried charging it but it only flashed red once. Asking for some help.

A lot of Skullcandy devices can be reset by holding a combination of power button with one of the two volume buttons down together for some seconds. We don't have clarification if that helps for this model yet but are you able to try ? Be patient, I'd hold down for at least 10 seconds each time you try a different combination of buttons. Let us know how you get on!
