Abby can you please confirm exactly what model device you have as this doesn't seem to match the description of the 'Skullcandy Wireless in-ear headphones ' which are wired between each ear.

I have had the headphones (push model) for less than a week and have the exact same issue as Abby

Vergil, Abby resolved her problem by charging them and trying to pair at the same time. Can you try this ?

Hi John, that's exactly what I tried too and didn't work. The ear buds are fully charged and only the master (left one) paired to my phone. The right one does not pair automatically to the left and continually blinks red-green.
Is there a step I'm missing to pair the right one to the left ear bud?

A useful tip to reset them; turn both buds off and then hold down the big button on each at the same time for 12 to 13 seconds. That will repair them both together.

I have the skull candy push earbuds and they both connect perfectly. But when I put the left one to charge in the case my right one stops working. And I cant hear anything and it turns off on the right earbud

Mary, just to clarify, resetting them as suggested in the tip above doesn't help at all ?

The left and right earbuds can connect independently to 2 different devices. I just found this out. You can actually select which mode each earbud is in (connect to the other earbud or connect to another device), however it can only be in 1 mode at a time. It's not in the handbook or anything, but I figured out that if you tap the button 3 times (twice quickly and then hold down on the 3 click) a purple light comes on. This purple light seems to indicate the mode switch. If you click the button 3 times again as before, it'll start flashing blue and red lights, which means it's trying to pair. If done correctly, it should repair to the earbud connected to the device, or it should switch into an independent pairing mode. Hope this helps. (Btw, this is all just from personal trial and error, skullcandy never said anywhere that their devices can do that as far as I'm aware)

John, i turned them off then held both for 12-13 seconds but they flash red and blue like they are trying to pair but cant for some reason.

John, i fix it, all you gotta do is follow what you said but what i did was hold it longer to where both earbuds flash blue twice( they flash blue the first time because you turned them on and they flash once btw, and then you keep holding till it flashes blue once more then that fixed the pairing problem.

I have already done everything recommended, I leave both pressed for 12 seconds and both blink red and blue when I pair with some device my left earbud has no problem but the right one does not work and it stays flashing red and blue
