There is a constant blue light on the side of the headphones which contain the power button. When I press the power button (or hold it) it shows the lights which tell me how much power is left. When I press ANC, the blue light begins flashing. If I hold ANC, the blue light disappears. The entire right side of the headphones (volume side) will do nothing when interacted with. The audio jack works, but does not turn off the headphones. Plugging in the headphones has no noticeable effect.

There is a trick another user shared which seemed to reset the device. This is somewhat experimental so it may not assist you but worth a try? It involved plugging in both the charging and headphone cables together, then holding down the power button for 15 seconds. The light should go red and then turn off and back on. Let us know if any use.
