Hi all,

Hi Gigi. First try to determine what kind of flashing speed it has as there are multiple speeds of flashing possible with this headphone. A quick blue flash suggests that it is waiting to be paired with another Bluetooth device whilst a slow blue flash means that it is already paired with a Bluetooth device.

If its the former you can likely find the headphones again by searching for them on your iphone.

If you have no joy being able to pair try to reset them by pressing and holding play and pause together for 5 seconds. You should then be able to pair afresh.

Both the red and the blue light are on simultaneously and pressing the power button does nothing. Also, I am not able to pair my device with the earphone. Please help!!

I had a problem with my headphones where to red lights where flashing and my device would not connect to my phone. Infact my phone couldn't see he headphones at all. I pressed the + and - at the same time a blue light started flashing very quickly . I restarted the headphones and it started to work. In my experience blue and red flashing is a good thing. It means they are looking for a signal.

Had the same issue of quick blinking red and blue lights while charging. Once I turned on my phone it connected and play. Problem now is that the buttons no longer control playback (forward/back/volume) and power.

Mine is also doing the red and blue flash. Have forgotten the device but can't actually get it to go to pairing mode to be able to reconnect it. Can't get passed the flashing red and blue.

Have tried charging and repairing while charging but still nothing.

My Skullcandy Jib wireless earbuds have had this issue for a few weeks on my iPad, and I think I figured how to get around it. While the red/blue lights were flashing, the Jib showed up after several seconds on the list of Other Devices. While the two were trying to connect, I clicked on the Jib title in that list and it immediately connected and showed up in the My Devices list.
