How old is it ? It sounds like a bad internal battery.

I received a Monster Rove2 for Christmas in 2018, charged it for 6 hours my first time and mine also died while playing and it only has two indicator lights. It WILL NOT fully charge too. Since it was a gift, can I get a replacement????

Debbie, if you can replace it depends to some degree on where it came from, if it has labels on the packing still from that store that may help but you will have to contact them.

I had a electronics tech take it apart and remove and reinstall the battery. This hard reset worked and battery lasted for a long charge. However, I used up all the battery and once again it will not charge. Need to figure out a way to reset without removing the battery.

Thank you so much!!! I bought this last year for a jobsite and it never worked once. I did what you said. I removed the top and bottom cover, removed the screws and located plugs to the board. I disconnected them one by one while still plugged in to charge. I unplugged and connected again and now it turns on!!

mine did same thing, two lights and no control at all. I held on/off button down for 5 seconds and it started working again
