Tzumi Sound Mates : Something else is wrong

I recently purchased a pair of tzumi soundmates, however, only one side of the charging case is functional. The right earbud charges without an issue while the left earbud will not charge. I could turn both of the earbuds on and pair them, but the left earbud would immediately turn off. I attempted cleaning the area around the magnet and holding the earbud in place. The magnet connects the earbud to the case, yet it does not display any indication of charging. What should I do?

What is the light on the left one doing when in the charge case ? Is it red at all ?

I apologize for the late reply. The LED on the left ear bud is not showing any color in the charging case.
