Arteck HD197 : Sound and brightness keys do not function

The sound and brightness functions linked to F1 F2 F3 F8 F9 do not work when connected to a Windows 11 laptop Please advise?

You will likely need to press the F button at the same time as a Fun/Function button on the keyboard.

OK

It turned out to be quite simple... and obvious in hindsight. The function lock button was engaged. Pressed it once and all is now OK :)
