Unit pairs with Bluetooth and right earphone works fine but there is no sound on the left ear at all. When I plug in the charging cord from my computer, the red light shows that it is charging.
This unit was lost by someone and we found it several days after we had given several strangers a ride. No idea how to find owner.

I'd recommend using a cable connection to confirm if the side that produces sound works when cabled. If it doesn't then it must be a wiring or electrical fault inside the unit of some kind. Let us know if you can clarify this and have further info to share.

The headphones works on both sides when the cable is plugged in. Only 1 side works when connected by BlueTooth. Any Suggestions?

Sunny, have you tried with other pairings to other devices? Or with an AUX cable plugged into a device?

If it constantly only works on one side that it would very likely be a fault with the internal wiring.

Definately not wiring as it works both side with Aux cable. Paired with 2 different bluetooth devices and it does the same thing, only one side works. Tried factory reset, still same problem. I think it is the device at this point.

And to check, it worked fine originally or it's always done this when used with Bluetooth pairings ?

Sunny responded : 6:02pm, 25th June 2021 (3 years ago)
Yes, was working fine, for 2 years. Just stopped working all of a sudden.

What are the two devices that it doesn't work with out of interest ?

I have the exact same problem. Funny thing is they broke when I was listening to music in my vehicle. I was laying my head on the left ear and the roads were quite bumpy. I noticed the left ear started to cut out a bit and when I lifted my head the left ear stopped completely and it hasn't worked since.
