I unpaired my soundmates from my phone to use with my mp3 player and now they don't even show on the list as an option to pair with my phone again. I have turned them and my phone off and back on.

The bluetooth menu on my phone doesn't even show the Tzumi sound mates as an option anymore. I powered them off and back on, restarted my phone. Nothing. Now they are having a problem connecting to my mp3 player too.

So it sounds like you need to start over by pairing them together again and then hopefully to your phone. Disconnect them both turn them on at the same time. Once they both say power on double tap the left earbud and you should hear a beep. They should then be paired and you can search for them on the phone.
