A few seconds ago I pushed in the speaker of the right earbud while cleaning with a toothpick, now the earbud sounds like it's far off and quiet.

There's really not very much we can recommend to do here I'm afraid. Clearly the sound change is a result of the component being moved/damaged within the casing of the bud and we can't recommend or take responsibility if you decide to open it yourself.
