Speakers on jam2 are not very loud anymore

This question relates to connecting a JAM Audio Jam2 BUY NOW to an Apple iPhone 6 BUY NOW

Cant get speakers to play loud like they use to i have 2 jam2s pairing is working good

Hi Max, to clarify is the issue only present when both are paired ?

It works loud with using 1 jam2 When using 2 not very loud

Hi Max
I would unpair both and pair individually both of them and ensure that their volume is set to highest on the speaker itself. I can imagine that it may be that one of the two speakers has its own internal volume set to something lower than the maximum, and then when its connected that sets both speakers volume to this level.
