hi, can anyone help me please? my marshall major bluetooth 2 is charging but not powering up. tried to reset still not working. suspecting that some water went inside it as one ear was wet but not confirmed its the cause.

Hi so when the device is charging is it possible to power it up at that moment ?

I have the same issue, the headphones don't turn on. However, when they are charging it looks like it's fully charged and only when the cable is connected i can power it up and pair it with the bluethooth.
I also tried reseting the headphones and it's not working.
Any ideas?

Bea this sounds like an internal battery fault, I would return if within warranty. Let us know how you get on.

My Major 2 bluetooth, is not working as well.... I can't turn it on using the on/off button. The battery is charged and the LED turns red when connected to the charger. I pressed the reset button in the headphone jack but still not working. Any suggestions ?
