Sylvania SP334-DG : Bluetooth won't pair

The working mode light flashes red and blue then immediately turns off and I can't Bluetooth connect to it .

Also, I can't check to see if the aux works because I don't have a cord or a phone that can connect through aux.

Also if I press the button right above the mode light like this the working mode light flashes blue and red again and then turns off again

Firstly, just to check; are you sure it is charging properly ?

I dont think its charging properly because the charging light wont turn on but its able to turn on atm so its not completely dead yet

If this is the case I think your best option is to return to your retailer with it if within warranty.
