Had it plugged in for couple hrs. There's a red light that comes on when plugged in. I've held down power button few seconds and nothing seems to happen any help would be great is there a reset of any kind? Thank you

Hi Jeff. Have you tried to turn it on both on and off charging ?
If off the charger, no lights appear at all ?

Hi mike sorry haven't got back sooner, yes I've tried with it not charging also and there's no light at all. The Bluetooth light below came on barely for second, do you think the battery is just shot and can they be replaced or would it just be cheaper and easier to just buy new one? Thanks

It does sound like a bad battery yes. Unfortunately unless you have experience in this field and access to parts trying to repair is likely a lost cause.
