I just bought this speaker. Took it out the box and charged it for almost 12 hours I can't get the speaker to even turn on!!! Help!!

It doesn't matter how long you hold the power button down for? There is just no sign of life at all ?

No there is no response at all.

In this case I'd return to the retailer and ask them to look at / exchange.
