My radio says Bluetooth is ready but when I go turn the bluetooth on my phone it just won't connect. It's the radio and not my phone. It just stopped working.

Hi Rylee are you able to connect the LG device to other phones or a computer/laptop ? It would be great to confirm if that works or not to assist troubleshooting this.

I have the same problem it worked fine for 2 months with my Samsung galaxy s5, then it stopped. My Bluetooth works well with other devices. Not sure why but big problem

Hi Chris can you confirm if any other phone or device can pair with the LG speakers? And did your phone receive any updates recently or did you pair it with anything else for the first time ?

Any remedies for this? Same thing just happened, and the Admin doesn't seem to be responding on this board.. Blue Tooth will not connect from my phone or my computer all of a sudden.. this is obviously an issued or a defect with the LG?

Alright, well that was easy.. LG Support said to unplug from the wall for 2 mins. Fixed.

Same thing happened to me. Was listening using the BT and it starting cutting in/out. No devices would connect to it, so it was the stereo. Unplugged from wall and Im back in business. Thank you to this forum!

I had issues connecting the Bluetooth of my iPhone with my LG stereo. I deleted the previous devices on my phone and unplugged my LG stereo for 3 minutes, plugged it back in and the Bluetooth connected no problem
