JBL Reflect Mini BT : The device can't skip tracks by pressing the + or - buttons

This question relates to connecting a JBL Reflect Mini BT BUY NOW to an Apple iPhone 6 BUY NOW

The device cant skip tracks by pressing the + or - buttons it only works for adjusting the volume any guess what it is? Or the earbuds reflect mini BT are defective?

I keep on pressing the + or - button for 3 seconds and only the volume changes

Hi Manuel. It sounds like you are pressing the buttons too slowly. You need to press twice fast. Let us know if this resolves it.

I have the exact same issue, it was working fine then all of a sudden it won't skip tracks, or pause the audio....quick taps of the + or - only changes the volume as it should! Long holds of the + or - is supposed to skip tracks which mine used to do until now! A quick tap of the middle button should pause the music, mine also did that until now, a longer hold activates Siri as it should on my iPhone and still does so the only issue I see is the pause and skip track! The receipt is long gone as it was a Christmas present, so I guess I'll have to go buy a new pair, swap the broken ones out and return them with the new receipt as if they were broken when I bought them! Sorry....not getting ripped off, they're $100 a set, even though I have a much cheaper pair that's comparable to the sound and they still work flawlessly! Can't say I'm a fan of J Labs any longer!

Hi Team,
I am getting an issue with JBL T110BT Bluetooth pay song skipping and breaks up. I always charge my earphone twice in a day. when i use my Bluetooth earphone after 30 min playing song will be skipping and then will work fine. After 2 min same will happens. That will be proceed everytime. Could you pkease let me know. is this charging problem or earphone problem or any other. the issue is coming with skipping track.

Its working..you just need to long press the + key....

Hold the + button for about 2 seconds I think. I JUST figured it out -_-

Just one more problem.. To switch to the previous song it's to long of a time so it's just restart the song, how do I fix this?
maybe in spotify settings but I don't find anything.
