Tzumi Sound Mates : The ear buds wont pair and the sound doesnt go to each ear bud

I tried to pair the ear buds, they paired when I got them and then I couldnt pair them again. After that they would only play in one ear.

Can you clarify the mode name, are they the totally wireless or sound mates ?

They are sound mates.

y wont the both connect to my music

So first you shut them both off, turn your Bluetooth off, turn them on at the same time, take out the earbud you want to hear calls out of, double tap its button, turn Bluetooth on and then connect to Tzumi soundmates
