Hello, I got the headphones 2 months ago, after charging earlier the light continued to shine. They don't respond to any combination of buttons or charging them. They are in a weird limbo between on and off, just sit there with their white glow.
With some button presses they change to a brighter white or a blueish white, no sound, not turning off.

Any help is appreciated!

If you leave them they will at some point run out of charge. I imagine this has probably now happened. Does that resolve the situation to then charge having let them go dead ?

Same problema here. It doesn't charge, it doesn't turn on. Only glows a white light por like 3 seconds and stop. If I press the "power" and the "- vol" it glows white. If i press the "power" and the "+vol" it glows blue. And that's all it does.

Have you tried the trick of holding the power button for a long time (15 seconds or so) and then plugging the earphones in to charge without releasing the button? If you want for the charge light to come on and then unplug and finally let go of the power button this can reset them.

Yes, I've tried "Jason's trick" lol. But nothing seens to work. The light only appears ond those occasions. Not even when it's plugged.

It's weird, cause it clearly has energy to make the light work sometimes.
