What model number does this Blackweb device have as there are various with very similar names. Can you confirm?

Slightly confused as our database tells us that BWD19AAH07 are earbuds not headphones. Can you clarify?
What I would say is that the background noise cancellation is also applied at a smartphone level. So the level of noise cancellation of your own voice to the other person on the call will vary depending not just on any build in cancellation the Bluetooth device applies (in this case none) but also on what extra filtering the phone does. That depends on the phone model naturally.

Yes they are earbuds. For some reason it says "true wireless stereo headphones" on the bottom of the charging box. I was trying to be specific as possible but I don't think that helped lol. I'm not very tech savvy and am a little confused with what I need to do. Do you think that I need to make changes to the settings on my phone? I know that I used them with my iPhone XR and just switched to a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and it makes no difference to the person I'm on the phone with as far as background noise.

Are you saying Sarah that they worked better on the iPhone and that the problem is specific to the S10? Or is it just the same ?

They worked just the same. I was hoping that when I got my new phone it would be better. I'm feeling like I just need to return the ear buds and maybe purchase a completely different brand. I thought that maybe there was a setting or something like that that I could mess with and that's why I came here. So far everywhere I've looked there isn't much help regarding this issue. Nice, pretty set of wireless Bluetooth earbuds, but useless if the people I'm talking to can hear everything around me and not me talking to them.

To clarify Sarah correct there are no settings related to this product itself that can improve noise cancellation. They don't have that as a feature. It's just your phone that may be able to improve it depending on device.

Hi Pedro, That's what I'm trying to find out. They don't come with any instructions so I came here looking for help.
