Skullcandy Hesh 3 : Tried turning headphones off, solid red light, won't respond to any button presses

Hi, I just got these headphones yesterday, and I'm wondering what I might've done wrong. I tried turning off my Hesh 3s when they were connected to my laptop, then the light turned solid red and wouldn't turn off. I've only used it for about three hours total, so I doubt it's a battery issue. No matter how many times I've tried to disconnect or reset the headphones, that red light stays on. The voice doesn't sound at all. What happened?

So nothing you do turns the red light off ? Holding down the power button for many seconds has no effect ? If that is the case I would wait until they run out of battery and then try a full charge and turning on again.

All I had to do was let the battery run out. Thank you, Admin!
