Tzumi ProBuds v2 : How to reset?

I turned off my Bluetooth earlier today and when I went to use my probuds (as I do every night) it's saying that a device is connected.... Yet I've turned off BT on every single device that I own. So I'm guessing someone accidentally connected to them, since it's ridiculously easy to do. I need to reset them, but it says nothing in the manual and the original probuds reset instructions do not work (holding down the multifunction "button" until lights and all that) - I have been holding for 30 minutes. Is there no reset function? That seems..... Wrong.

So there is no reaction at all to long holding the MF button ? I'd try turning off then turning back on in another location where they won't be able to pair to whatever they may have become paired to.
