Tzumi ProBuds v2 : one side of my probuds won't charge

This question relates to connecting a Tzumi ProBuds v2 BUY NOW to a Lenovo 300e ChromeBook BUY NOW

The right side of my probuds won't charge or turn on, and when it gets put back into the case it blinks a dim red light once and then the light turns off completely without showing the bright red charging light.

Has it always done this or is it new? If not new, how old are they ?

I am having the same problem. they are about 5 months old but started happening about 3 months ago. I have stored them ever since and just recently found them again and i really want to use them. Please help!
