Tzumi ProBuds v2 : Why do I hear a clicking sound on both of my probuds?

I have been hearing a clicking sound from my probuds and it also interrupts the sound

I would try two things and share the results with us.

1) Try using them in a different location in case this is related to interference causing sound quality issues.
2) Pair to another device and see if that is any better.
