Apple products such as iPhones, iPods and iPads are limited in terms of their ability to provide fairly standard Bluetooth functionality such as file sharing between devices, especially when the Apple device is connecting to a non-Apple device such as an Android smartphone. There are apps though that can be installed between two Smartphones that can assist with file transfers!
The case says that they are charged. I put the ear buds in the case and it blinks white a few times but won't charge the buds.

Try charging just one at a time, the case can be fussy if one is charged and the other not.
