What can I do because my probuds V2 fell to the ground and one of them won't work... they wont even charge or turn on!

This clearly sounds faulty. The answer is very little I'm afraid. We can't recommend or advise on home repairs and opening them. One possible idea if pained to throw away (recycle naturally in electronic waste)! is that you could look for a near free pair of faulty buds on a website like ebay and then with the new pair possibly create a working pair from the four you have.
