I've had the Sound Mates Bluetooth earphones for about 2 weeks and they have been working fine. Now today they were working up until 10:30 pm Israeli time and from that point one earphone has stopped charging and it has been working up until then. How do I fix it or exchange it?

From a different post...

"I had opened the case while it was still plugged in took them out tried to turn them on dropped them back in disconnected from power and a light appeared. Plugged them back in and they started charging."

Are you able to experiment like this a little to see if it can reactivate the dead one ?
