My left bud drains the battery very quickly, My right hearing aid is very battery and said it should sound more than 5 hours.

Please confirm the model of your device. You are referring to a "Tzumi sound bud" or to a hearing aid?

To clarify, the difference in battery life between the two buds is how great roughly ?

10 let's think one is at 100 the other is at 90 or 80.

If it definitely doesn't seem to be just unpairing and it really is powering off it sounds like you may have a bad battery in one side. We haven't heard of such an extreme disparity in run time from other users.

I think you can only try to get it exchanged/repaired by your retailer (if within warranty) I'm afraid.
