when the buds are in the charger they light up red as does the charger whether it is plugged in or not

The lights to focus on when charging are on the charger itself. Once the charging is done that light should change. what is the actual problem you are experiencing? Are they not charging ?

My sound mates blink red and white. I have never seen a blue light. I also do not have a button on my case. What does the white light mean ?

I dropped the left earbud and it started making a weird noise and flashing a bright white light and now I am scared
