RT5390 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter is not supported for W10, is there any alternative driver?

Are you sure this card supports Bluetooth? Our research suggests that all models of this Ralink card are wifi only.

Relink stopped developing the driver for windows 10. So it is useless to discuss this topic
