We have 3 x pairs of uproar wireless headphones is there anyway of changing the device name as it is getting very confusing?

Hi Sarah, it depends what platform you are connecting them to. It may be possible in the operating system but you didn't say what you are connecting them to.

Hi, I am trying to connect it with Nexus 5X but it is not showing in my available bluetooth devices while it is perfectly showing in windows phone.

Did you first pair it with the windows phone Kruti ? If so maybe you aren't properly activating pairing again on the speakers, stopping you locating it on the android phone. Are you sure it's going into pairing ie change in LEDs visible or other signals present?
