Tzumi Sound Mates
We've had lots of reports of problems with people struggling to connect their two Tzumi SoundMates together. There are multiple posts on our forum about this with confirmed solutions. The two posts we would recommend you start with are this one and this one.
There are apps though that can be installed between two Smartphones that can assist with file transfers!

Assuming your device is already paired and working press and hold down the home button and on the control screen that appears a glowing speaker icon should be visible. Tapping that lets you select which input to use.

I have trouble with my microphone. People can barely hear me ... is there a solution to this ? or is the microphone really poor quality :( Thank you

My microphone sounds really muffled when I am talking on the phone or FaceTiming people. They say they cant hear me however when I take regular video on social media its fine. Please help me troubleshoot this.
