Vibe Surge True Wireless EarBuds : Won't turn on

So I got these ear buds a few months back then I went to go take a shower and put the earbuds in the charging case and then I come back and now I can't turn them on.

I had lost the other ear bud so I cant hard reset it, And when I put the ear buds in the charging case it quickly flashes red and goes black.

Firstly to confirm, you have only one bud, not two ?

Yes only one

It sounds like its the master of the two buds that you've lost, in which case there is very little you can do without it. You could maybe try looking for a second hand pair on eBay or a similar source to recover the situation.
