Apple products such as iPhones, iPods and iPads are limited in terms of their ability to provide fairly standard Bluetooth functionality such as file sharing between devices, especially when the Apple device is connecting to a non-Apple device such as an Android smartphone. For details of the file sharing issue see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18884705/transfer-data-between-ios-and-android-via-bluetooth
There are apps though that can be installed between two Smartphones that can assist with file transfers!
I would like to know if there is a volume control on the JBL's. If so how do I control it?

To clarify, you are talking about a T450BT? These have a visible pair of buttons for volume on one of the headphone ear pieces.
